Oregon residents age 60 or older, or people with Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder. Adults ages 19-59 with physical disabilities may qualify in Jackson and Josephine counties. Traditional OPI has no income or asset limits; an assessment is required. Ask how Medicaid coverage affects eligibility and whether there is a waiting list.
